1) Say "TGIF" (Thank God Its Friday.)
2) Do something nice for at least 2 collegues.
3) Take the stairs (UP and down) instead of the lift/elevator.
4) Indulge in (dark) chocolate.
5) Plan your finances for the month of September.
6) Drop the TV remote control and pick up The Straits Times.
7) Pamper yourself. Buy/Do something you always wanted, bearing in mind point 5.
8) Stand in front of the mirror and tell yourself "I am wonderfully sculpted. With fats here and there just to compliment"
9) Take a look at old photographs and reflect how much you've changed physcially and mentally.
10) Have a good long 10min shower. (I dont know why I said this. Cuz i can never spend 10 in the shower.)
And if you have a special someone..
1) Reminisce the days you birds started dating.
2) Spring a little surprise.
3) Tell him/her why you like/love him/her.
4) Dine at a restaurent.
5) Take a silent walk together, be it down town or the park.
6) Plan and head for a weekend getaway.
7) Do something nice for his/her old folks. Say buy dinner/supper.
8) Send a kinky sms/mms during office hours.
9) Offer a back massage.
10) Make love
